The Victoria Commons MDP was a revitalization of the San Antonio Housing Authorty's Victoria Courts Housing Community from 1941. This 36 acre masterplan was divided into 4 phases of development, all consistent with HUD's HOPE VI mixed income housing concept with various densities and housing types from high denisty mixed use new-urbanism apartments, to townhomes, and single family lots. BGO Architects launched the master plan in 2002 with Carleton Residential Properties, and the MDP continues to evolve with local community input and collaboration with local Lake Flato Architects.
